Managing Director
Michael joined St Anselm in 1979 having completed a MSc in Building Economics and Management at UCL. He has helped steer the business strategy over the past 40 years.

Tom Barker
Finance Director
Tom joined St Anselm in 1998 and is the Finance Director and Company Secretary. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991. Tom is responsible for all financial matters of the group.

Hugh Faith
Property Director
Hugh joined St Anselm in 2023 from JLL’s Central London Capital Markets team. Prior to that, he worked for TT&G Partners, where he advised a range of clients on both acquisitions and disposals across multiple sectors and locations throughout the UK. Hugh is now responsible for the investment and asset management initiatives across the St Anselm portfolio.

Harry Neal
Director
Harry joined St Anselm in 2023 from JLL, having started on the graduate scheme there 12 years ago. He spent 10 years in the Central London Tenant Representation team advising occupiers on their real estate strategies, including advising on a number of notable headquarter pre-leasing transactions.  
Harry supports Michael and Hugh in the company’s activities.

Lucy Finkelshtein
Asset Manager
Lucy joined St Anselm in 2008 as the property administrator and progressed to the property manager role, during this time she gained a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management in 2018. Prior to joining St Anselm she was the office manager for 5 years at a commercial property agency in the City of London.
Lucy works alongside Hugh and Harry asset managing the property portfolio.

Paula Floyd
Office Manager
Paula joined St Anselm in 1999 from The English Courtyard Association, a retirement property company. Prior to that she had previously worked in the hotel and insurance industry.
