St Anselm

155 Commercial Street, London, E1

The property comprises 3 interlinked buildings located around a central courtyard. The main building fronts on to Commercial Street and is of a concrete frame construction, over basement, ground and four upper floors. The building was originally built in the 1960s.

The larger of the two warehouse buildings located at the rear of the site interlinks with the main building by way of a two storey infill internal passageway. The warehouse was constructed in the late 1880s and is of a traditional construction, internally, there is a mezzanine level forming the first floor.

The third building is very similar in style to the main warehouse. The building abuts the main warehouse and benefits from a mezzanine level introduced at a later date.
